Domestic Shipping Charges

• 1 Hank > $2.50
• 2 to 7 hanks > $5.50
• 8 to 15 hanks > $10.50 
• 16 to 30 hanks > $15.50 

International Shipping Rates
Please note there is a $1.50 handling charge for International Orders

• Up to 7 hanks > $23.95
• 8 to 15 hanks > $40.95
• 16 to 30 hanks > 53.95 Easy! 

Our shipment method is USPS First Class and Priority Mail service. We may use FedEx services at our discretion.

Free Shipping

Not here! Free shipping is never actually FREE SHIPPING. Shipping is always included in the price of the item with the other guys.

Return Policy/Exchanges
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".

Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• within 14 calendar days of the delivery date
• must not be a special order or a custom order

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
