How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Or can also log into your account to obtain your tracking number.
If your tracking number starts with a "9" you can track your order at USPS.com.
If your tracking number starts with "1Z" you can track your order at UPS.com.

What does "Awaiting Fulfillment" mean?

This status means that your order is waiting to be shipped.

I tried to place an order and it advises me that I already have an account. But I never created an account.

Not a problem. Just click "Forgot Password" to change your password. You will receive an email with a temporary password.
